I’m Aussie born and raised - born in Sydney, grew up in a small beachside town called Woolgoolga and then spent a few years in the Northern Territory before settling down in Brisbane for 6 years. Since June 2019 I have been living in North India with my husband and our 3 dogs.

My passion for languages extends beyond teaching; I'm also deeply invested in learning Hindi as my second language. This dual perspective as both teacher and learner enriches my understanding of the language learning process, allowing me to support my students more effectively in achieving their language goals. I believe that learning a language is not just about acquiring new skills but also about immersing oneself in the culture and embracing the nuances of communication. I encourage a learning approach filled with curiosity, perseverance, and a sense of adventure.

I understand the significant impact that learning a new language can have on your life, especially when you're travelling or residing in a foreign country. Being able to communicate in the local language makes everything more manageable, opens up opportunities for incredible adventures, and enables you to create wonderful friendships. I commit to supporting you throughout your journey.

In addition to my teaching endeavours, I work as a freelance Australian English voiceover artist, sharing the beauty and charm of our dialect through various projects. This role reflects my love for the Australian English dialect, a reflection of our laid-back lifestyle and values of warmth and informality.

When not teaching or engaging in voiceover work, I indulge in my passion for reading, particularly historical fiction and self-development books, exploring different worlds and gaining insights to apply to my own life.
